– 4 to 5 stalks of fresh celery.
– ½ lemon (optional, enhances the detox effect)
250 ml of water.
Preparation :
1. Wash the celery stalks thoroughly.
2. Cut them into pieces and place them in a blender.
3. Add the water and, if you wish, the juice of half a lemon.
4. Blend until smooth.
