Cucumber, green apple and chayote smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1/2 medium cucumber (with peel if organic)
• 1 green apple
• 1/2 raw, peeled chayote
• 1 glass of water (250 ml)
• Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Preparation:
1. Wash the cucumber, apple, and chayote thoroughly.
2. Cut into small pieces and remove the apple seeds.
3. Place everything in a blender along with the water.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Add the lemon juice at the end if you want a fresher flavor.
